chicken cooked in the simple yet special indian ingredients without which an indian kitchen is incomplete.
recently i was tuning channels on television and suddenly saw a cookery show which was very interesting. they were showing some mutton recipe and the method was so interesting. since i dont eat mutton a lot so i thought of preparing it using chicken in my own style instead of following the recipe exactly. when i started preparing it, i was not sure how it will turn and how it will taste. but as it was cooking, the aroma of the dish filled the whole house and i couldn't wait to taste it. it turned out really well and my dad liked it so much. this chicken is a great treat to all the spicy lovers out there...
