chutney is a very common recipe that is prepared in all the households every morning... since it is made every day it will be so boring to have the same chutney every day, and kitchen experts end up in adding different ingredients to make the chutney taste different each time...
i learnt this recipe from a neighbor in my home town who runs a small tiffin center there. every time i go to my home tome i make sure that my breakfast comes from her stall... i love the chutney that she serves with the dosa and idly.. just extra ordinary and yummy.. one day i asked her the recipe and from then on when ever i go into the kitchen for making breakfast this is the chutney i prepare... hope you all love it...
