onion raita... i know this is a very common and easy recipe that is prepared in every home. but still i find different taste in each onion raita made by different people... though the ingredients are almost same, still tastes different when prepared by different people... this recipe is prepared by my mom from my childhood and i love it so much that i don't like any other onion raita recipe more than this...
INGREDIENTS:
ONIONS

CURD

TOMATO
(FINELY CHOPPED)

FRESH
CORIANDER (FINELY CHOPPED)

TBSPS.

SALT

TO
TASTE

RED
CHILI POWDER OR CHAT MASALA (OPTIONAL)

GARNISH

METHOD:
Ø In
a bowl, sliced add onions, chopped tomato pieces, fresh coriander, and salt and
squeeze everything gently with your fingers and rest it for 15 – 20 mins.
Ø Now
add thick curd and mix everything well together, garnish with chat masala or
red chili powder and serve it with your favourite dish.
