METHOD:
Ø Peal
the skin for potatoes, carrots and chop them roughly. Now add fresh green peas and 2 cups water to potatoes and carrots and pressure cook them for 3 – 4 whistles and reduce
the flame and cook for 5 mins and off the gas.
Ø Heat
1/4th cup oil in a kadai, add onions and fry till light brown. Now add
ginger garlic paste, saute it and add tomatoes and cook till soft.
Ø Now add chili powder, salt, garam masala and stir it. remove the excess water from the cooked veggies and Mash the vegetables
and add them to the tomatoes, stir it and cook till the bhaji boils and off the
gas.
Ø Cut
the pav bun into half, apply butter on both the sides and toss it on hot tawa
until brown on both sides.
Place the pav bun and bhaji,
garnish with onions, fresh coriander, and lemon in a serving plate and serve it
hot.
SUGGESTIONS:
ü More
veggies can also be added as desired. Veggies like beans, beetroot can be
added.
ü Pav
bhaji masala (available in market) can also be added if desired at the end
after adding mashed vegetables.
