PREP TIME: 20 MINS, SET TIME: 2- 3 HOURS, SERVES: 6

INGREDIENTS:

DARK CHOCOLATE
200 GRAMS
FRESH CREAM (CHILLED)
200 ML
CASTER SUGAR (POWDERED SUGAR)
30 GRAMS
EGGS
2
COOKING BUTTER
1 TBSP
COFFEE POWDER
1 – 2 TSP
VANILLA ESSENCE
1 TSP
GRATED WHITE CHOCOLATE
FOR GARNISH

METHOD:

Ø
Take dark chocolate, butter, 2 – 3 tblsps. of water and coffee powder in a bowl and melt the chocolate in a double boiler. As shown in the pic below and keep it aside.

Ø  Now break the eggs in a bowl, add caster sugar and beat the eggs till pale and the volume gets double. Now add the melted chocolate (the chocolate must be warm) and vanilla essence to the beaten eggs and mix everything well together.

Ø  Now take the cream in a bowl, beat it till fluffy and add the cream to the chocolate and mix well.

Ø  Now pour the chocolate mix into the serving glasses, cover them with a foil and place it in refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours for it to get set. Remove from refrigerator, garnish with white chocolate and serve it chill.

SUGGESTIONS:

ü  I have used electric beater to beat the eggs and cream. You can use any beater to your convenience.

ü  Make sure that you do not beat the cream too much that it becomes hard. Beat it till it gets fluffy.

ü  Make sure that while melting chocolate in double boiler, the water in the bottom bowl should not touch your chocolate bowl.
