METHOD:
Ø Clean the prawns, add salt and turmeric powder and cook them with the water that comes out of prawns while cooking, till all the water evaporates. (you can store the prawns cooked like this for longer time in freezer, and use it whenever required).

and wash the gongura and cook it till soft and allow it to cool. (Need not add
water, since the gongura is already wet, it will get cooked soft).
Ø In
a kadai, heat oil, add onions and fry till raw smell disappears. Now add green
chili’s and cook till brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
Ø Now
add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and cook till soft. Grind the cooked gongura into fine paste and
add this paste to tomatoes and add prawns, stir well and add 1/4th cup water and cook on medium flame until the
gravy get thicker and off the gas.
Serve it hot with rice and njoy
