METHOD:
Ø Cut
the paneer into long sticks (size of a finger). In a bowl, add corn flour,
maida, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and little water and make it
into a batter and add the cut paneer and mix.
Ø Heat
oil for deep fry, drop the paneer sticks one by one into oil and fry them till
light brown and transfer them onto an absorbent paper.
Ø Now
heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add jeera and add onions, garlic cloves, chili’s
and curry leaves and fry them till raw smell disappears. Now add curd, soya
sauce and ajinamoto and cook for 2 – 3 mins on medium flame.
Ø Now
add the fried paneer, sprinkle pepper powder, chat masala, garam masala and mix
thoroughly and saute it till dry.
Garnish with fresh coriander and
serve it hot….
