PANEER 65...

softy, cheesy, delicious, melting and mouth watering paneer recipe for the paneer lovers...  




TIME TAKEN: 30 MINS    SERVES: 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS:

PANEER
150 GRAMS
CORN FLOUR
3 TBSPS
MAIDA (REFINED FLOUR)
3 TBSPS.
CHILI POWDER
1 TSP
SALT
TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
½ TSP
OIL
FOR DEEP FRY
ONION
1 MEDIUM (SLICED)
GARLIC CLOVES
3 – 4 (FINELY CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILI
2 (SLIT)
JEERA (CUMIN SEEDS)
1 TSP
CURRY LEAVES
10 – 15
CURD
2 – 3 PBSPS.
SOYA SAUCE
1 TSP
AJINAMOTO
A PINCH
GARAM MASALA
½ TSP
CHAT MASALA
½ TSP
PEPPER POWDER
2 TSPS.
FRESH CORIANDER
FOR GARNISH

METHOD:

 Ø  Cut the paneer into long sticks (size of a finger). In a bowl, add corn flour, maida, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and little water and make it into a batter and add the cut paneer and mix.


 Ø  Heat oil for deep fry, drop the paneer sticks one by one into oil and fry them till light brown and transfer them onto an absorbent paper.


 Ø  Now heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add jeera and add onions, garlic cloves, chili’s and curry leaves and fry them till raw smell disappears. Now add curd, soya sauce and ajinamoto and cook for 2 – 3 mins on medium flame.


 Ø  Now add the fried paneer, sprinkle pepper powder, chat masala, garam masala and mix thoroughly and saute it till dry.


Garnish with fresh coriander and serve it hot….
