PREP TIME: 5 – 10 MINS, COOKING TIME: LESS THAN 5 MINS.
INGREDIENTS:
DOSA
BATTER (SOUR)

METHOD:
Ø Heat
the tawa, pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it to form thick dosa as shown
in the pic below. Add chopped onions and chili’s on top of the dosa and press
them gently with the spatula, drizzle few drops of oil on the dosa and cook
till the base turns brown.
Ø Now
flip it on to the other side and cook for one to two minutes and transfer it on
to a serving plate.
Serve it hot with your favourite
chutney…
SUGGESTIONS:
ü See
to that your batter is not too loose, else it is difficult to make thick dosa’s.
ü Add
a drop of oil on dosa tawa and rub it with half chopped onion before pouring
the batter. This will help you to avoid the dosa sticking to the tawa.
ü Add
onions generously. More the onions, best it tastes.
