INGREDIENTS:

CHILI POWDER

GINGER GARLIC PASTE

TURMERIC POWDER

½ TSP

TO TASTE

FOR MASALA:

BLACK PEPPER BALLS
|
1 TBSP
|
CLOVES
|
3 – 4

CINNAMON STICK

1 INCH PIECE

FOR GARNISH:

CASHEWS
|
AS REQUIRED (FRIED IN OIL)
|
ONION
|
½ SLICED (FRIED IN OIL)

CURRY LEAVES
|
FEW (FRIED IN OIL)

METHOD:
Ø Clean and wash the chicken, add curd,
chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and marinate the
chicken for 30 mins.
Ø For masala, roast all the ingredients
mentioned together and grind it into fine powder.
Ø Heat a pan, add the marinated chicken
and cook it till the chicken is completely cooked on a low flame. (do not add
water. Cook it with the water coming from the chicken while cooking).
Ø Once the chicken is cooked, roast it
till dry and add 1 tsp oil, the masala powder and roast it for 2 – 3 mins and
off the gas.
Garnish with the fried onions, cashews and curry leaves and serve it
hot…
