METHOD:

Ø  Take grated cheese in a bowl, add onions, chili’s, fresh coriander, pepper, salt and mix everything together and keep it aside.

Ø  In a bowl mix all the ingredients for batter, add water and mix well without lumps in to a batter. (See to that the batter is not thick nor loose, the batter should easily flow through out when the bread is dipped in it).

Ø  Now take a bread slice, add 1 ½ tsp of cheese mixture and spread it out throughout the slice and cover it with another bread slice.

Ø  Dip the bread in the batter thoroughly and drop it into oil carefully. Fry till golden brown and transfer them on to an absorbent paper.

Cut it into triangles and serve it hot with ketchup…

SUGGESTIONS:

ü  You can also add more cheese for stuffing if desired.

ü  If serving for kids avoid chili’s in the stuff.

ü  Make sure that the bread is completely dipped in the batter else the cheese may leak out.
