home made tomato ketchup... yummy and tasty...

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:
Ø Roughly
chop tomatoes and chili’s, add cinnamon sticks and cloves and grind it into
fine paste. Filter the tomato puree and cook it on a high flame till it starts
boiling.
Ø Now
add salt, chili powder, stir it and reduce the flame and cook till the tomato
puree gets thick. Now add sugar, citric acid, stir it and off the gas. Dissolve
sodium benzoate in 1 tbsp water and add to the ketchup stir it.
Allow it to cool and store in a
glass bottle.
