PALAK TOMATO CURRY...

 palak curry for roti's and puri's... rich in nutrition's, yummy, tasty, healthy... 



TIME TAKEN: 20 MINS, SERVES: 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS:

PALAK
HALF BUNCH
ONIONS
2 MEDIUM (CHOPPED)
TOMATOES
3 MEDIUM (CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILI’S
3
SALT
TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
½ TSP
RED CHILI POWDER
½ TSP

METHOD:

 Ø  Heat oil in a thick bottom kadai, temper mustard seeds, black grams and Bengal grams. Now add chopped onions and green chili’s and fry them till the raw smell disappears. Now add ginger garlic paste, saute it.


 Ø  Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, stir it, add chopped palak, cover it with a  lid and cook it on a low flame until the tomatoes are cooked and the curry gets thick. (stir it periodically)



Serve it hot with chapathi’s and puri’s…
