wanted to try some different recipe for preparing chicken and this was a trail version of what i made "pudhina chicken fry". it turned out really well and i loved it to the core... could not wait till i try it for the second time as it turned out awesome during my first trail it self and wanted to share this recipe with u guys... hope you will also love it...

METHOD:
Ø Grind fresh coconut, pudhina, fresh coriander leaves, green chili’s, salt, turmeric powder and
coriander powder in to a fine paste with 2 – 3 tbsps. Water.
Ø Take
chicken in a bowl, add the pudhina paste, curd, mix it well and marinate it for
30 – 45 mins. Now heat a heavy bottom kadai, add the marinated chicken, cover
it with a lid and allow it to cook till the chicken is cooked soft (stir
periodically) on a medium flame.
Ø Once
the chicken is cooked, increase the flame and roast the chicken until dry.
(keep stirring it). Now add oil and
sprinkle garam masala and roast it on a high flame till chicken turns light
brown.
Garnish it with finely sliced
onions, sprinkle lemon juice and serve it hot…J
