KARIVEPAKU CHICKEN FRY...

presenting you the awesome delicious chicken stater... karivepaku chicken fry...




MARINATION TIME: 30 – 45 MINS, COOKING TIME: 20 MINS, SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN
150 GRAMS
FRESH COCONUT
1/4TH CUP
CURRY LEAVES
½ CUP
CORIANDER SEEDS
1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS
1 TSP
PEPPER SEEDS
2 TSPS
TURMERIC POWDER
½ TSP
SALT
TO TASTE
CURD
2 TBSPS.

METHOD:

 Ø  Grind all the ingredients except chicken and curd into fine paste. In a bowl add chicken, curd and the curry leaves paste and marinate it for 30 – 45 mins.


 Ø  In a thick bottom kadai, add the marinated chicken and cook in on a low flame with a covered lid until the chicken is cooked completely.


 Ø   Once the chicken is cooked, increase the flame and roast the chicken until dry. (keep stirring it).  Now add oil and sprinkle garam masala (optional) and roast it on a high flame till chicken turns light brown.



Garnish with finely sliced onions and serve it hot...
