METHOD:
Ø Heat
oil in a kadai, temper mustard seeds, Bengal gram and black gram. Now add
chopped onions and chili’s and fry them till light brown.
Ø Now
add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt, stir it and
cover it with lid and cook it on low flame till the gravy get thicker (do not add water). Add coriander
and turn of the gas.
SUGGESTIONS:
ü You
can also add 1/4th cup milk in the end before turning of the stove if
desired.
ü Crushed
garlic cloves can also be added before adding onions.
