Ø Greece
a plate are a bowl with the ghee and pour the halwa into the plate. Rest it for
15 – 20 mins.
Garnish with the desired dry
fruits and serve it.
SUGGESTIONS:
ü You
can add ghee alone or you can add ghee and vanaspathi in equal ratio according
to your taste.
ü Keep
stirring the halwa throughout the cooking process, else it will stick to the
bottom and starts burning.
ü When
you pour the halwa in the tray, you can also cut it into pieces and serve it
are can just scoop it out.
ü If
you want to cut the halwa into pieces, allow the halwa to cool and then cut it
into pieces. Make sure you use the greeced knife to cut it into pieces else the
halwa will stick to the knife.
