besan ladoo is a sweet that is very familiar in north india... many think that this is a difficult recipe to prepare at home, even i thought the same until i prepared it by myself, but lemme tell you guys that this is one of the easiest recipe that we can prepare at home in a very less time... i have tried it for three times and every time it came out so well..
i usually prepare this besan ladoo's in two different methods, one is in a very simple way in which less amount of ghee is added and the other method which is also simple but takes little more time and requires more ghee...
here is the simplest recipe that is easy and takes less time to prepare in which less amount of ghee is added... best sweet dish for those who prefer less amount of ghee in their sweets...

METHOD:
Ø Heat
ghee in a thick bottom kadai, add besan and roast it in the ghee until it turns
light brown on a medium flame. (stir it continuously)
Ø Take
the roasted besan in a wide plate or a huge bowl, add sugar powder, mix everything
together well.
Ø When
the mixture is warm, take small portions of the mix and shape them into ladoo
with your hands. (I got 12 lemon sized ladoos)
Garnish it with desired dry
fruits and serve it to your loved one’s…
SUGGESTIONS:
ü Keep
stirring the besan while roasting it, so that it doesn’t burn.
ü If
you have any confusion in checking whether the besan is roasted are not, roast
it till you get the aroma of roasted besan.
ü If
you find it difficult to form ladoo’s, melt ghee, add it to the mixture and mix
well and start forming ladoo’s.
ü Make
sure that you form ladoo’s when the mixture is warm or else it will be
difficult to get the shape.
