summer means mangoes all around... the kitchen's are filled with the aroma of mango recipes... i had recently been to a store and found the raw mango and thought of preparing this recipe and sharing it with you all... hope you guys like it...

METHOD:
Ø Heat
oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, Bengal gram, black gram and peanuts and fry
them till brown, now add green chili’s and cook for 1 – 2 mins and add curry
leaves and fry them.
Ø Now
add turmeric powder, stir it and add grated mango, salt and saute for 3 – 5 mins.
Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
Serve it hot and enjoy your meal…
SUGGESTIONS:
ü Add
the grated mango carefully depending on the sourness. The mango I used was not
too sour, so I had to use the whole mango. But if the mango your using is sour
you do not have to use the whole mango.

can also use red chili’s instead of green chili’s if desired.
