the best tea time snack, that everyone would love to have, specially during rainy season - the combination of garam garam pakoda and chai is a unbeatable one... i know this is not rainy season but why if this is not rainy season, we still have hundreds of reasons to make this yummy pakoda's at home right, specially when the whole family is together for a cup of tea...
PREP TIME: 10 MINS, COOKING TIME: 10 MINS, SERVE: 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS:
Palak (spinach)
|
1 bunch (finely chopped)
|
Onions
|
2 medium (sliced)
|
Green chili
|
3 (chopped)
|
Gram flour
|
6 – 7 tbsps.
|
Chili powder
|
1 tsp
|
Salt
|
To taste
|
Oil
|
For deep fry
|
METHOD:
Ø Take
all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl, except oil and sprinkle little
water and mix everything together well.
Ø Heat
oil in a kadai, take small portions of the mix and drop it in oil and fry them
till brown and transfer them onto an absorbent paper.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup
and garam garam chai…
SUGGESTIONS:

to that you do not add more water to the mix, this will make the mix loose and
doesn’t bind the mix properly.
