METHOD:
Ø In
a mixer grinder, add roasted dal, red chili’s and salt and grind it into fine
powder. Now add cumin seeds, garlic cloves and grind them on speed one for 10 –
20 seconds.
Pappula podi is ready to serve
with dosa, idly, etc…
SUGGESTIONS:
ü Can
be stored in an air tight container for 15days – 1 month.
ü Serve
it with ghee or oil as desired.
