CHICKEN PAKODA...

wanted to try this recipe from really long time, but never found time to prepare this... finally today when my bro is back home after his graduation i found time to cook it for him and he loved it so much that at the end of the day  am so happy that my recipe came out awesome... gotta tell you guys for the first time ever my dad who always tells "ok" for all my recipes was also so excited tasting this which made me more happy... hope your family also will droll over this recipe like my family... njoy your chicken pakoda...




MARINATION TIME: 30 – 45 MINS, SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN
500 GRAMS
ONION
1 LARGE
GRAM FLOUR
½ CUP
RICE FLOUR
3 TBSPS
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 TBSP
EGG
1
LEMON
1 SMALL
CHILI POWDER
3 TSPS
SALT
TO TASTE
OIL
FOR DEEP FRY

METHOD:

 Ø  Clean and wash the chicken. Add all the mentioned ingredients to the chicken except oil, mix well and marinate it for 30 – 45 mins.


 Ø  Heat oil in a kadai, drop chicken pieces one by one and fry them till brown and transfer them on to a absorbent paper.



Serve it hot with your favourite sauce…
