idly umpa... my favorite dish with the leftover idly's... and the best for those who hate idly's like me...

METHOD:
Ø Take
the idly’s into plate and crumble the idly’s as shown in the pic below.
Ø Heat
oil in a kadai, temper mustard seeds, Bengal gram, black gram and add onions
and chili’s and saute them until raw smell disappears. Now add curry leaves and
saute it for a minute.
Ø Now
add salt, turmeric powder and saute it for 1 mins, add the crumbled idly’s and stir everything well together for 2 mins.
Off the gas.
Serve it hot…
SUGGESTIONS:
ü You
can also add peanuts to the tempering if desired.
ü Crushed
ginger can be also added before adding onions.
