METHOD:
Ø Wash the mutton cleanly and add curd, ginger
garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and chili powder and marinate the meat for
30 mins.
Ø Now
heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions and fry till light brown. Now add the
marinated mutton and cook till the oil floats. Now add tomatoes, ½ cup water
stir it and pressure cook the meat for 4 – 5 whistles.
Ø Grind
the coconut pieces into fine paste. Once the pressure is released, open the
lid, turn on the flame and add coconut paste and coriander powder, allow it
boil and off the gas.
Serve it with hot rice and have a
great meal…
