METHOD
Ø Mix
chicken, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, turmeric powder and
marinate the mix for 15 mins
Ø Heat
oil in a pan, add onions and green chili’s, fry till brown. Add ginger garlic
paste, saute it. Add marinated chicken, chopped tomato, cook for 5 – 10 mins on a
medium flame. Now add sufficient water, cover it with a lid cook until the chicken is
tender and soft.
Ø For
masala, roast coriander, cinnamon, cloves in a pan for 2 mins. Off the gas add
kasa kasa and fry it on that heat. Once cool, grind garlic cloves, grated
coconut, roasted mix in to a fine powder.
Ø Once
the chicken is cooked, add the 2 tsp of the above masala, cook it for 2 mins
and off the stove.
