VANKAI MAMIDIKAI KURA

a combination of brinjal and raw mango andhra's spl recipe is a great treat to your taste buds.

INGREDIENTS

BRINJAL SMALL
6 – 7
RAW MANGO
1 SMALL SLICE
TOMATO
2 MEDIUM
ONION
1 MEDIUM
RED CHILI POWDER
2 tsp
SALT
TO TASTE
TURMERIC POWDER
A PINCH

METHOD

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal and add onions, fry till brown.


Step 2: Add chopped tomatoes, raw mango, brinjal, chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook till soft and gravy becomes thick.


Yummy tasty dish is ready to serve.

SUGGETIONS

See to that you don’t add too much of mango because that may spoil the taste of the dish.


Ginger garlic paste can also be added to it after onions turn brown.
