METHOD
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, temper
mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal and add onions, fry till brown.
Step 2: Add chopped tomatoes, raw
mango, brinjal, chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook till soft and
gravy becomes thick.
Yummy tasty dish is ready to
serve.
SUGGETIONS
See to that you don’t add too
much of mango because that may spoil the taste of the dish.
Ginger garlic paste can also be
