SPICY CHICKEN

chicken flavored with grounded chili's and coriander leaves....  




TIME TAKEN: 30 MINS
INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN LEG PIECES: 2
ONION: 1 SMALL (FINELY CHOPPED)
TOMATO: 1 MEDIUM (PUREE)
GINGER GARLIC PASTE: 1 tsp
CHILI’S (GREEN): 2
CORIANDER LEAVES: 4 – 5 STEMS
CHILI POWDER (RED): ½ tsp
GARAM MASALA: A PINCH
SALT: TO TASTE

METHOD

Step 1: Mix chicken, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, pinch turmeric powder, salt and boil till cooked.


Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions fry till dark brown, add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, fry it.


Step 3: Smash coriander leaves and green chili’s together roughly, add this mix to the fried onions and fry for 2-3 mins. Add the tomato puree, cook for 5 mins.
 


Step 4: Add boiled chicken, chili powder, little water, mix it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame. Sprinkle garam masala, increase the flame and stir it continuously for 2 – 3 mins.



Yummy spicy chicken is ready to serve.

  2. I think I need more of authentic andra cuisine coz im big fan to spicy food...and anusha I wud just suggest that u put step by step photographs which will be easy for new learners..I know its a hectic job but still do if u can..I want more recipes.
