PANEER RICE



TIME TAKEN: 30 MINS
INGREDIENTS

BASMATI RICE: 1 CUP
PANEER: 200 GRAMS
ONIONS: 1 LARGE
GREEN CHILI’ S: 3
TOMATO: 2 MEDIUM
PUDHINA (MINT LEAVES): 1 BUNCH
GINGER GARLIC PASTE: 2 tsp
CHILI POWDER: 2 tsp
CORIANDER POWDER: 1tsp
CURD: 4 tbsp
GEERA POWDER: A PINCH
GARAM MASALA: ½ tsp
SALT: TO TASTE

METHOD

Step 1: Marinate paneer, curd, chili powder, coriander powder, geera powder, garam masala powder, salt for 15 mins. Wash, soak and cook the basmati rice.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and green chili’s, fry till brown. Add ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 mins, add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft, now add the marinated paneer, little water and cook for 5 mins.

Step 3: Add the cooked rice to the paneer masala and mix it completely.

Paneer rice is ready to serve hot…J

SUGGETIONS
Always soak rice at least 10 mins before cooking.

You can also add more paneer according to your taste.
