french toast


quick, easy to make bread recipe for a healthy breakfast...




TIME TAKEN: 10 Mins   SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:


BREAD SLICES
6
MILK
5 – 6 tbsp
EGGS
2 LARGE
SUGAR
2 tsp

METHOD:

  Ø  Break the eggs in a bowl, add sugar and milk to it and mix it well.

  Ø  Dip the bread slices in the egg mix and flip it on hot tawa and cook both sides on a medium flame. Your French roast is ready to serve hot.


SUGGETIONS:
ü  You can also use salt and pepper instead of sugar for a different taste.
ü  Do not dip the bread for a long time since it may turn soft and break.
