KOBBARI PODI



TIME TAKEN: 10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:

DRY COCONUT           : 60 grams
GARLIC CLOVES          : 15 – 20
RED CHILIS (DRY)        : 10
SALT                              : TO TASTE
JEERA                            : 1 tbsp

METHOD:

  Ø  Grind the dry coconut pieces, red chili’ s and salt together in a mixer grinder until soft


  Ø  Now add garlic cloves and jeera and grind it in 1 speed for a minute.
SUGGETIONS:

ü  This taste good with dosa. You can add ghee or oil to it while having it. It gives you a better taste.
