RED CHILI BABY CORN...

tried something new with baby corn and gram flour... hope u guys lyk this recipe...




INGREDIENTS

BABY CORN                                                   : 10 nos.
GRAM FLOUR (SENAGA PINDI)               : 1/2 CUP
RICE FLOUR                                                  : 2 tbsp
CHILI POWDER                                            : 1/2 tsp
SALT                                                                : TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE                            : 1/2 tsp
ONIONS                                                          : 1 MEDIUM (CHOPPED FINELY)
GARLIC CLOVES                                          : 5 (FINELY CHOPPED)
RED CHILI' S (DRY)                                     : 4
TOMATO SAUCE                                          : 5 tbsp
OIL                                                                   : FOR DEEP FRY

METHOD
  • Mix gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, pinch of salt, ginger garlic paste, with required water to a dosa batter consistency.

  •  Heat oil for deep fry. Cut the baby corn into four, deep them in the prepared batter and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Soak red chili's in hot water for 15 mins and grind it into paste. heat oil in a kadai, add chopped garlic and saute it.
  • Add chopped onions, fry them till light brown, add red chili paste, fry till the raw smell disappears. now add tomato sauce, fried baby corn and mix well.




  • Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot.
