CHICKEN ROAST




MARINATION TIME: 30 MINS COOKING TIME: 15 MINS

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN LEG PIECES:  4
CURD:  2 tbsp
RED CHILI POWDER: 4 tsp
SALT: TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE: 1 tbsp
TOMATO SAUCE: 1 tsp
GREEN CHILI SAUCE: 1 tsp
SOYA SAUCE: 1 tsp

METHOD

Step 1: In a bowl, add chicken, curd, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and marinate the mix for half an hour.

Step 2: Add tomato sauce, green chili sauce, soya sauce to the marinated chicken and mix well. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a tawa, roast the chicken both the side until cooked.

Spicy chicken roast is ready to serve.
