METHOD
Ø Wash
thotakura, drain the water and chop it roughly. Add cut tomatoes, chili’s,
chopped thotakura, pinch of turmeric powder, 1 cup water and pressure cook it for 2 - 3 whistles.
Ø Once
cooked, add salt and mash it till soft.
Ø Heat
oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, garlic cloves and
add the cooked thotakura to it. Cook until boil.
Serve it with
hot rice and ghee.

You can also use tamarind instead of raw mango.
If using tamarind add it finally and allow it to boil.
You hv not mentioned in the method as to when to add mango pieces..
