egg curry




TIME TAKEN: 20 MINS
INGREDIENTS

EGGS: 4 (BOILED)
ONIONS: 3 MEDIUM
TOMATOES: 4 MEDIUM
GREEN CHILI’S: 2
CORIANDER POWDER: 1 tsp
GARLIC CLOVES: 6 – 7
CHILI POWDER: 1 tsp
SALT: TO TASTE

METHOD

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, add chopped onions, green chili’s and fry for 5 mins. Add chopped tomatoes, add chili powder, salt, cook till tomatoes are smashed and gravy is formed.


Step 2: Add boiled eggs and cook it for 2 mins. Crush coriander powder and garlic cloves together, add it to the gravy, mix it well and off the stove.
