ROYYALA VEPUDU



TIME TAKEN: 30 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
PRAWNS                                        : 200 grams
ONIONS                                         : 3 MEDIUM
GREEN CHILI’ S                            : 2
GINGER GARLIC PASTE               : 2 tsp
TOMATO                                       : 1 MEDIUM
RED CHILI POWDER                    : 2 tsp
CORIANDER POWDER                : 1 tsp
TURMERIC POWDER                  : 2 PINCHES
SALT                                               : TO TASTE
OIL                                                  : 5 – 6 tbsp
CORIANDER LEAVES                    : FOR GARNISHING


METHOD:

 Ø  Add salt and turmeric powder to prawns and cook them until all the water evaporates. Now  add 2 tbsp of oil to it mix everything and keep it aside.

Ø  Heat oil in a pan, add onions, chili’ s fry until brown. Add ginger garlic paste, fry it till brown, add tomato.

   Ø  Add prawns, chili powder, coriander powder and fry them on a medium flame until the raw smell goes. Keep stirring it. Finally add coriander leaves for garnishing.
