CHICKEN FRY

chicken fry flavored with curry leaves... 




TIME TAKEN: 30 MINS, SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN
250 GRAMS
ONIONS
1 LARGE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
2 tbsp
RED CHILI POWDER
1 tsp
CORIANDER POWDER
1 tsp
SALT
TO TASTE
TURMERIC POWDER
A PINCH
CURRY LEAVES
1 HAND FULL

METHOD:

  Ø  Wash and clean the chicken. Mix chicken, 1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, add little water and cook the chicken till soft.


  Ø  Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry till dark brown. Add the left over ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, sauté it.


  Ø  Add cooked chicken, red chili powder, coriander powder, and little water and fry it until all the water is absorbed. Add curry leaves, stir it continuously on a high flame for 3 – 4 mins.
