METHOD:
Ø Wash and clean the chicken. Mix chicken, 1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric
powder, add little water and cook the chicken till soft.
Ø Heat
oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry till dark brown. Add the left over ½ tsp
ginger garlic paste, sauté it.
Ø Add
cooked chicken, red chili powder, coriander powder, and little water and fry it
until all the water is absorbed. Add curry leaves, stir it continuously on a
high flame for 3 – 4 mins.
