INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:
Ø
Heat oil in a pressure pan, temper mustard
seeds, black gram seeds, and cumin seeds. Add onions and curry leaves and fry
till raw smell disappears.
Ø
Add chopped sorakaya, tomatoes, chilli powder,
salt and turmeric powder, mix well and pressure cook it for 1 – 2 whistles. (do
not add water, because bottle guard leaves a lot of water while cooking).
Ø
Once the pressure is released, open the lid and
cook the curry on high flame until all the water evaporates and curry gets
thicker. Off the gas, add milk stir it.
Serve it hot with chapathi’s a and pulka’s
