home made ginger garlic paste...
INGREDIENTS:
GINGER
(CHOPPED ROUGHLY)

GARLIC
CLOVES
|

GRAMS

REFINED
OIL
|
½
CUP
|
SEA
SALT

– 5 tbsp
|
METHOD:
Ø Grind
all the above mentioned ingredients together in to a fine paste.
Ø Transfer
the paste to a clean and dry air tight container and store it in a refrigerator.
SUGGESTIONS:

This can be stored for 2 – 3 months.
ü
Turmeric powder can also be added while grinding.
If adding turmeric powder add 1 tsp.
ü
Use a clean and dry spoon to take out the paste,
so that it lasts longer.
