GINGER GARLIC PASTE

home made ginger garlic paste...




INGREDIENTS:

GINGER (CHOPPED ROUGHLY)
250 GRAMS
GARLIC CLOVES
250 GRAMS
REFINED OIL
½ CUP
SEA SALT
4 – 5 tbsp

METHOD:

 Ø  Grind all the above mentioned ingredients together in to a fine paste.



 Ø  Transfer the paste to a clean and dry air tight container and store it in a refrigerator.

SUGGESTIONS:

ü  This can be stored for 2 – 3 months.

ü  Turmeric powder can also be added while grinding. If adding turmeric powder add 1 tsp.

ü  Use a clean and dry spoon to take out the paste, so that it lasts longer.
