yummy tasty evening snack... gold coins.. a treat to the kids...

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:
Ø
Boil potatoes, carrot, peas in a pressure pan until
cooked. Mash all the cooked veggies finely.
Ø
Add chopped onions, chili, garam masala, salt,
chili powder, corn flour and mix them well.
Ø
Take mashed veggies, make them into a coin size round and half inch thick as shown in the pic below. Deep them in bread powder and coat them fully.
Ø
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, fry them both the sides
till golden brown. If oil is less add few drops while flipping.

Gold coins can also be deep fried. Since we use less oil at home, I have shallow fried the coins.

Ginger garlic paste can also be added.

Veggies can also be added as you desire.
