thinking of what to give your hungry, tired kids returning from school... try this variety of pizza which is easy to prepare and the kids will love to have it...
TIME TAKEN: 30 MINS, SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
Paneer

Red Chilli powder

METHOD:
Ø
Boil water in a bowl, off the gas and add tiny
chopped paneer and rest it for 5 mins. Drain the water from paneer and keep it
aside. (by doing this the paneer will be soft and taste good)
Ø
Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onions and
chilli’s and fry till light brown. Now add salt and chili powder and fry till
the raw smell disappears.
Ø
Now add paneer, capsicum, garam masala and 1/4th
cup water and stir it well. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 mins and turn of
the gas.
Ø
Now take bread slices, butter them on one side, and
spread the sauce on the slice. Now add 1 tbsp cooked paneer and spread it and
add grated cheese as desired. Place them on a pizza tray.
Ø
Pre heat oven at 180 degrees for 5
mins. Place the pizza tray in the oven and cook till the cheese melts and turns
light brown (about 4 – 5 mins).
