a treat for the mutton lovers... presenting the recipe of my granny who is an expert in non - veg recipes..

METHOD:
Ø For
masala, roast all the ingredients mentioned above in a dry pan except grated
coconut. Cool it down, add grated coconut and grind them into powder.
Ø Heat
oil in a pressure pan, add chopped onions and chilli’s, fry them till light brown.
Now add mutton, chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt,
turmeric powder and fry them till the raw smell disappears.
Ø Now
add ½ cup water, and pressure cook for 4 – 5 whistles. Once the pressure is
released, open the lid, add the prepared masala and cook it for 5 mins.
garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander and serve it hot...
