PANEER SANDWICH

kids favorite paneer stuffed sandwich... yummy, tasty, delicious....




TIME TAKEN: 15 MINS, SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

BREAD SLICES (I HAVE USED WHEAT BREAD)

PANEER (CRUMBLED)
100 GRAMS
ONIONS
2 SMALL (FINELY CHOPPED)
GREEN CHILI
1 (FINELY CHOPPED)
FRESH CORIANDER
½ CUP (FINELY CHOPPED)
PEPPER POWDER
2 - 3 tsp
SALT
TO TASTE
GHEE/ BUTTER
2 tsp

METHOD:

 Ø  Mix paneer, onions, green chili’s, fresh coriander, pepper powder and salt together in a bowl.



 Ø  Butter the bread slice on one side and fill the paneer stuff on other side and spread it all over. Cover with another buttered bread slice, place it in a sandwich toaster and toast it till crispy and golden brown.

 


SUGGESTIONS:

 ü  Avoid chili’s if serving it for kids.

 ü  You can also add grated cheese along with paneer.
