METHOD
Ø Wash
and soak the rice.
Ø Heat
oil in a pressure pan, add cloves, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, fry them.
Now add onions and chili’s fry till light brown.
Ø
Add ginger garlic paste, sauté it and add
pudhina and fry it.
Ø
Now add coconut milk, water, salt, allow it to
boil. Add rice and cook till rice gets closer and close the lid of the pressure
pan and cook on a low flame for 10 mins. Off the gas and open the lid once the
pressure is released.
Kobbari palu annam is ready to serve hot.
