CHICKEN KEBAB

 chicken kebab... my all time favorite... no other dish can replace my love towards this one..





INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN
200 GRAMS
CORN FLOUR
5 tbsp
CHILI POWDER
1 tsp
SALT
TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 tsp
SOYA SAUCE
1 tsp
EGG
1
AJINA MOTO
PINCH
OIL
FOR DEEP FRY

METHOD

  Ø  Mix all the ingredients with chicken except oil and marinate it for 30 mins.



  Ø  Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry the marinated chicken till cooked and turns brown. Remove from oil and transfer to a tissue paper.


SUGGESTIONS
  • You can also add food color. since it s not recommendable i didn't add it nor mentioned it in the ingredients.
  • Lemon can also be added to the marinated chicken before deep fry.
