yerra karam is one of the chutney recipes that is very familiar in nellore and prakasam districts of andhra pradesh.. this is served with tiffin items like dosa, idly, bondas etc., along with coconut chutneys. this is also applied on dosa's and is served as karam dosa... spicy and tasty..

METHOD:
Ø
Grind all the above mentioned ingredients except
lemon juice into fine paste.
Ø
Add few drops of lemon, mix it well and store it
in an air tight container.
SUGGESTIONS:
ü This
can be stored for 1 week in a refrigerator.
ü Can
take this karam with dosa, idly along with the chutney.
