INGREDIENTS:
ONIONS

METHOD:
Ø Mix
all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil) with 1/4th cup water.
Ø Heat
oil in a kadai, take small portions of the above mix and drop in hot oil and
fry till golden brown and transfer them on to a tissue paper.
SUGGESTIONS:
ü See
to that you do not add more gram flour. Adding more gram flour will dominate
the taste of the onions.
ü Add
water carefully while mixing. Do not make the mix too loose.
ü You
can also add dry ginger powder. Since I didn’t have it, I couldn’t add it.
ü You
can also add finely chopped ginger instead of ginger garlic paste.
