TIME TAKEN: 15 - 20 MINS, SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

ONIONS
4 MEDIUM (FINELY SLICED)
GREEN CHILI’S
4 (CHOPPED)
FRESH CORIANDER
½ BUNCH
BENGAL GRAM FLOUR
1 CUP
RICE FLOUR
3 tbsp
CHILI POWDER
1 tsp
SALT
TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
½ tsp
OIL
FOR DEEP FRY

METHOD:
Ø  Mix all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil) with 1/4th cup water.

Ø  Heat oil in a kadai, take small portions of the above mix and drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown and transfer them on to a tissue paper.

SUGGESTIONS:

ü  See to that you do not add more gram flour. Adding more gram flour will dominate the taste of the onions.

ü  Add water carefully while mixing. Do not make the mix too loose.

ü  You can also add dry ginger powder. Since I didn’t have it, I couldn’t add it.

ü  You can also add finely chopped ginger instead of ginger garlic paste.
